Our story

filed under: it's the customer need — Martin @ 10:00 pm

When I visit a new friend at home, I first take a look on his or hers bookshelf or CD and DVD collection. Nothing tells you more about a person than what he reads, listens or watches and – most important – what he pays for! When we realized this, we also noticed that this is only valid for the offline world. When I visit the profiles (the virtual homes) of new friends I don’t see what they bought and what they really like! I only see what they thought what they like when they filled their profile. However, as we all know, our self-perception may differ from our real personality and also the image we communicate may differ extremely from what we think we are communicating. So our solution is simple:

This is felix: he shows what he has.

show the world what you have – and have a good time!

The Anatomy of Buzz

filed under: service is the best marketing — Martin @ 3:56 pm

It’s one of my favorite books I’ve read – no listened to – the last weeks:

The Anatomy of BuzzThe Anatomy of Buzz from Emanuel Rosen.

What you can learn:

1. Listen to the customer.
2. Talk to the customer.
3. Service the customer.

And you’ll get buzz for free.

Have a good time while reading it!
